Orders and pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Placing an order is an offer we accept when the item ships.
Products
Natural materials vary in grain, glaze, and tone; the variation described on a product page is expected and is not a defect. We work to display colors accurately, but screens differ.
Warranty
Hard goods carry a 5-year structural guarantee and textiles a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects under normal household use. The guarantee excludes damage from misuse, accidents, and ordinary wear.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
