Rates and transit times

  • Standard Ground (2–5 business days): free over £75, otherwise £7.95
  • Expedited (2 business days): £16.95
  • Overnight (next business day, order by 1 PM ET): £29.95
  • Oversized rugs and furniture: freight quoted at checkout

Orders placed before 1 PM ET on a business day ship the same day; 96% of orders met that standard last quarter.

Where we ship

All fifty states, plus APO/FPO addresses and Puerto Rico. Alaska and Hawaii add 2–4 business days and a £12 surcharge on oversized items. We do not currently ship internationally.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your label is scanned. You can also check status on our track order page using your order number and email.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Every fragile item is double-boxed with molded pulp inserts. If something arrives broken, send a photo within 14 days and we'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost — no return required for breakage.
