Returns & refunds

The policy

Return any item within 60 days of delivery in resellable condition for a full refund to the original payment method. Washed and used bedding and towels are still returnable — we ask that they be laundered before shipping back.

How to start a return

• Email support with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
• We reply with a return authorization and label, usually within a few hours.
• Drop the box at any carrier location.
• Refunds are issued within 3 business days of arrival at our warehouse; banks post them in 5–10 days.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free for defects, damage, and our errors. For change-of-mind returns, a flat £7.95 label fee is deducted from the refund. Oversized freight items are quoted individually.

Exchanges and guarantees

Exchanges ship as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier, so you're not waiting twice. Beyond the 60-day window, hard goods carry a 5-year structural guarantee and textiles a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale clearance items and gift cards cannot be returned. These are labeled clearly on the product page before purchase.
